The size and weight of this target have been set by the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF). These targets are used in International and Olympic competitions.
The WHITE FLYER BLACKOUT® Sporter was designed specifically for Sporting Clays. Based on longer throwing distances and faster speeds, the WHITE FLYER BLACKOUT® Sporter weighs a few grams more and is a bit denser in its configuration than the American Trap & Skeet target. We recommend the use of WHITE FLYER BLACKOUT® Sporter for optimum performance in Sporting Clay throwers.

Made with an improved black composition, WHITE FLYER BLACKOUT® targets have proven competition performance at an economical price. WHITE FLYER BLACKOUT® targets are held to the same strict performance requirements as our standard pitch targets and function in both handset and automatic traps.
WHITE FLYER BLACKOUT® targets will disintegrate over time and can affect soil pH and vegetation growth. In high-volume areas, adverse soil impact can be avoided by raking up target residue on a monthly basis and by adding agricultural limestone to the soil if the pH decreases abnormally. White Flyer Targets recommends applying agricultural limestone to your target debris landing zones at an application rate of 4 tons per acre. For best results, apply agricultural limestone to target debris landing zones prior to using WHITE FLYER BLACKOUT® targets to give the limestone time to react. Soil pH in high-volume target areas should be checked semiannually.
