DT11 BLACK SPORTING 30" ROUND LEFT HAND NOW IN STORE! - ONE ONLY @ $20,000
Packed with the renowned balance and performance features of the legendary DT11 over & under platform, the new Black DLC model steps up a level with a renewed resistance and look. The Diamond-Like Carbon coating improves durability, resistance to corrosion and wear, while adding a modern black look, highlighted with contemporary acid green details.
The carbon fibre top rib allows for less weight and better swing, while leaving the possibility to adjust shooter’s burden with the B-Fast® adjustable balancing system on the stock and the barrel. The Steelium® Pro barrel technology embodies the final signature for DT11 accuracy: an internal profile with triple forcing cone reaching up to 450 mm, reducing recoil and muzzle rise, while ensuring constantly dense and uniform shot patterns. Available in the Sporting, Trap and Skeet variants, DT11 Black DLC becomes stronger than time.
OIL-FINISHED GRADE 3 WALNUT WOOD keeping a hint of the Beretta over&under classic look.
Wood stock grip and forend are finely checkered by hand for maximum grip.
DLC COATING On the receiver, trigger housing and the barrel: enhanced durability thanks to higher wear and corrosion resistance.
DLC-COATED STEEL DETACHABLE TRIGGER GROUP DT11’s guarantee to get back to shooting in few minutes thanks to the replaceable trigger group.
The ingredients for the stunning performance of the Beretta Steelium Pro® barrels are: the exclusive tri-alloy Beretta steel (Ni, Cr, Mo), the deep drilling, the cold hammer forging, the vacuum distension. The DT11 Black DLC Steelium PRO® barrels have a triple forcing cone reaching up to 450 mm (in a 76 cm barrel).
The inner profile of the Optima-Bore HP® barrels has been designed and tested to provide perfect accuracy with every type of shells: lead, steel and High Performance steel. This results in perfect patterns on every shot.
Optimachoke® HP Black Edition interchangeable chokes: resistance to corrosion and steel shots with special blued finish. DLC-coated OCHP® can be purchased aftermarket.
RACING LOOK The black coloring of DLC, applied to the matte surfaces and the mirror-polished hinge pins and side plates profiles, give the shotgun a modern racing look, together with the acid-green enamelled DT11 and Beretta logos and swoosh on the receiver.
B-FAST adjustable weight system: stock balancing to make the gun more back-heavy and to adapt it to the shooter’s shouldering and swing.
10X10 CARBON FIBRE TOP RIB Less weight and better swing. A solution that has already been adopted by many professional shooters with the DT11 Black Edition.
The Microcore® recoil pad is made of open cell polyurethane and combines lightness, recoil absorption and performance. After firing, it expands gradually and instantly, increasing its surface area on the shoulder and giving the
shotgun secure control and precise support, together with the specially designed checkering on the surface.
B-FAST
Beretta shotguns are renowned for their outstanding balance and optimal ergonomics. However, for shooters who need to adapt the gun to their swinging and shouldering, Beretta has developed a weight adjustment and application system to be inserted along the firearm. Weight, stock, rib adjustment: B-Fast offers the perfect balance to transform a shooter’s shotgun into a true extension of his body.
The weight of the barrel can be adjusted by means of a set of weights that can be attached to the side ribs, under the forend or towards the muzzle, for super-accurate weight adjustment when combined with the stock balance system. The B-Fast system makes it possible to compensate for the natural variability of wood density and to expand the customisation options, starting with 5-gram or 10-gram weights that can be applied magnetically, up to 15-gram weights that can be clamped firmly into the available spaces in the side ribs (for Trap and Sporting shotguns).
Another option for shotguns with B-Fast stocks is to customize the balance of the gun by adding or removing weight inside the stock to compensate for the natural variability in wood density.
Modification is quick and practical: simply remove the recoil pad and add or remove washers through a screw. 20-gram steel and 40-gram tungsten washers are available.
DLC - COATING TECHNOLOGY - DIAMOND-LIKE CARBON
DLC is a thin film of amorphous carbon that, when gets in touch with some materials such as steel, transfers to it many of the beneficial properties commonly associated with natural diamonds, i.e. hardness and resistance to chemicals and scratches. Already used in several technologically advanced industries such as automotive, medical, and racing, DLC is now the most durable, innovative, and environmentally friendly coating Beretta applies to its products. Compared with the treatments previously adopted, DLC offers important advantages that make the coated firearm very resistant:
· Very high resistance to corrosion and alkaline or acidic solutions, including acidic palm sweat that increases the risk of leaving marks on barrels
· Strong resistance to ageing and rust for a very long-lasting life
· Remarkable anti-scratch and anti-shock properties due to the hardness characteristics typical of natural diamond
For its application, DLC does not involve the use of solvents or dangerous substances: this makes it also non-toxic and environmentally neutral.
STEELIUM - THE BEST BALLISTIC PERFORMANCE ON THE MARKET
The ingredients for the stunning performance of the Beretta Steelium® barrels are: the exclusive tri-alloy Beretta steel (Ni, Cr, Mo), the deep drilling, the cold hammer forging, the vacuum distension and the 80 mm extended forcing cone. The inner profile of the Optima-Bore HP barrels has been designed and tested to provide perfect accuracy with every type of shells: lead, steel and High Performance steel. This results in perfect patterns on every shot.
The Steelium® Plus barrels have a triple forcing cone that reaches a length of 320 mm (in a 76 cm barrel). In Steelium® Pro barrels, the length of the forcing cone is further extended, up to 450 mm (in 76 cm barrels). This progressive inner profile of the barrel provides smoother shot with reduced muzzle rise and guarantees perfect, dense and uniform patterns with any type of ammunition.
* The indicated lengths are based on 76 cm barrels.
MICRO CORE
Microcore® is the innovative recoil pad developed by Beretta thanks to decades of experience gained on hunting and shooting ranges around the world. Soft, light and adaptable, the Microcore recoil pad is made of open cell polyurethane and combines lightness and performance like no other.
The Microcore® recoil pad is soft, light, and can slide during shouldering with excellent recoil absorption. After firing, it expands gradually and instantly, increasing its surface area on the shoulder and giving the shotgun secure and precise support.
Microcore® is available in several lengths, allowing you to customise the length of the shot in the various hunting and competition versions. In addition, it can be cut and trimmed to fit your customised stock.
The soft and very smooth Microcore® rubber has specially designed checkering on the surface for greater control and stability on the gun. Aesthetics have not been neglected: the Microcore® recoil pad perfectly matches the elegance that distinguishes the lines of Beretta shotguns, but with much greater stability and comfort than a rubber or wooden recoil pad.
