Durable polycarbonate Makrolon housing, Water Pressure Proof to 3 m and Nitrogen-Pressure-Filled to protect against fogging at temperatures between -40°C to +80°C. Non-slip NBR-Longlife rubber armour increases grip and resists oil, acid or adverse weather. The SkyHawk 4.0 is Impervious to harsh conditions for generations of trusted use.
Fast-Close-Focus
A central focusing wheel requires minimal, step-less rotation for quick absolute sharpness from close-up to infinity- comfortable, easy to use. The Distance-Control-System allows pre-setting of observation distance and sharp focusing by one simple turn of the non-slip XL-focusing wheel.
Ergonomic Rotation Eyecups
Ergonomic pliable eyecups made of soft, skin-friendly and non-ageing silicone protect against incident light and draught providing comfortable long-term observations. Simply fold down for use with eyeglasses.
Lightweight, Ergonomic Design
Steiner SkyHawk 4.0 binoculars have a modern roof prism body design with a single bridge connecting the two barrels. The rubberized operating elements ensure comfortable long-term observations with effective noise reduction. Finger recesses provide excellent grip, even with gloves.
